Life Recovery Commencement 2020
2020 LIFE Recovery Commencement

Tuesday, August 18, 6:30 p.m.

Valley Assembly, 15618 E Broadway Ave., Spokane Valley

A new life does not come by accident. It doesn’t arrive out of nowhere; it is built. The men and women being honored at this year’s Commencement have seized the opportunity to change their lives. As individuals who have supported their recovery, you should be part of the celebration of what God has done.

Join us on Facebook Live to celebrate and help them launch their new hope-filled lives as God-dependent, contributing members of society.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we can’t be together, but you can still cheer them by tuning in and commenting via Facebook.

Union Gospel Mission Camp
UGM Camp

July through Mid-August

Every week a different local church congregation brings a group of campers age 8-12 from low-income neighborhoods in Spokane to UGM Camp. About an hour away from the city in a beautiful wooded area along the Spokane River, UGM Camp is an unforgettable getaway for children whose parents could never afford to send them to summer camp. More importantly, they hear the gospel and take on personal growth challenges in a safe environment surrounded by caring adults.
